A national program of regionally-oriented services designed to enhance the ability of local, state, tribal, and federal criminal justice agencies to identify, target, and remove criminal conspiracies and activities spanning multijurisdictional, multistate, and even international boundaries by facilitating rapid exchange and information sharing among participating agencies and enhancing coordination and communication among agencies.
