The Global Directors & Officers ISAO (GD&O ISAO) is a non-profit corporation explicitly established for directors and officers, funded by its member firms. The Global D&O ISAO mission is to provide strategies, tools and tactics that maximize the member’s boardroom contribution concerning current cyber events that are materially impacting the boardroom.

The Global D&O ISAO leverages Cybersecurity Act 2015 protections in sharing information. They focus exclusively on threat information, trends and strategies that materially impact the boardroom.

The Global D&O ISAO members include all industries and global private-sector companies that require directors and officers, too achieve no less than $500 million in annual revenues.
