The Fourth Annual International Information Sharing Conference (IISC) is being held virtually on Wednesday, September 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDT.

Join representatives from fellow information sharing groups with all levels of expertise, security practitioners, major technology innovators, and well-established cybersecurity organizations, as they come together to address information sharing issues impacting communities locally, regionally, nationally and abroad around the theme “Building Mature Information Sharing States and Communities”.

OPENING REMARKS: ISAO SO Executive Director Dr. Greg White will provide a "State of the Ecosystem" and welcome attendees.
10:10 - 10:25 a.m.
The TOPIC: "Mature Information States & Communities" will be presented by ISAO Standards Organization Executive Director Dr. Greg White.
10:25 - 11:05 a.m.
KEYNOTE: "Defending the Nation in Cyberspace" will be presented by Major General (Retired) Brett T. Williams, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of IronNet Cybersecurity.
11:05 a.m.- 11:10 a.m.

11:10 - 11:40 p.m.
The TOPIC: "The Texas ISAO: Increasing the Security Posture of the State" will be presented by Daniel Hankins, state cybersecurity coordinator with the Texas DIR .
11:40 a.m. - 12:10 p.m.
INTERNATIONAL: "Cybersecurity and Local Government Management in the Year of What Could Possibly Be Next" will be presented by Tad McGalliard, director, research and development at ICMA.
12:10 - 12:15 p.m.

The TOPIC: "Building a Framework for ISAO and ISAC Collaboration" will be presented by Scott Algeier, executive director of the IT-ISAC, and MJ Shoer, executive director of the CompTIA ISAO.
12:45 - 1:15 p.m.
The TOPIC: "Success Stories in Information Sharing: Lessons for ISAOs" will be presented by David Turetsky, Brian Nussbaum, and Unal Tatar, professors at the University of Albany.
1:15 - 1:20 p.m.

The TOPIC: "From Attacks To Action - Using Threat Intelligence to Prioritize Defensive Choices" will be presented by Ginger Anderson, program executive with the Center for Internet Security (CIS), MS-ISAC and EI-ISAC.
1:50 - 2:20 p.m.
The TOPIC: "Making Collaboration Happen: A Framework for Private-Public Partnerships for Cyber Information Sharing (ISAO SP 6001)" will be presented by Ted Sienknecht, the MITRE Corporation; the Honorable Stuart Gerson, Epstein Becker & Green, P.C.; and Doug DePeppe, esoedge Legal.

The TOPIC: "Sharing Threat Information from Consumer and SMB Attacks: An Update on CISA and CSN Efforts" will be presented by Kristin Judge, CEO of the Cybercrime Support Network, and Tom Filippone, Deputy Associate Director with CISA.
2:55 - 3 p.m.
HALL OF FAME AWARDS & CLOSING REMARKS: ISAO SO Executive Director Dr. Greg White will announce the 4th Annual Individual and Organizational Information Sharing Hall of Fame Award winners and share some closing remarks.
