IISC 2018: Share Your Experience on Hot Trends in Information Sharing

In this week’s blog series we’ve been highlighting the four track categories for the upcoming Second Annual International Information Sharing Conference (IISC), taking place September 11–12, 2018 at the Hilton in Tysons Corner, Virginia. The four tracks selected for the two-day event are: Government and Legislation; Improving the Value of Information Shared; Hot Trends; and Growing your Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO). Today we’re featuring the subtopics for the Hot Trends category.

There’s no shortage of hot topics and trends in the information sharing ecosystem. The ISAO SO is interested in receiving your proposed presentation or panel discussion on the trends you feel influence the community the most. Potential speakers have just over one month left to submit a proposal concentrated on the following subtopic, Hot Trends in Information Sharing category:

  • International information sharing
  • European Union General Data Protection Regulation
  • Information sharing’s role in securing the ballot box
  • Using information sharing to improve cyber resiliency on main street USA
  • Small business information sharing combating foreign threats

The submitted proposal should provide practical advice and solutions to equip attendees with the knowledge to meet today’s ever-changing cybersecurity challenges. All proposals will be evaluated on the value provided to ISAOs and the community at large.
